One of the funniest Obama cartoons from Friday Mash is the one where the president was asked who he thought was the most dangerous dictator in the Middle East. You might already have an answer for that question yourself but then the cartoon is going to take you by surprise.
President Obama answers that it’s Dick Cheney. After you get over your surprise for a few seconds, you’ll start laughing at the cartoon. You just have to think up everything that relates to the cartoon and think about why Dick Cheney was the response of the president.
You can also have a good laugh in the way that the cartoon was drawn. Sure the characters look just like they would when you see them on TV, but you can have a good chuckle over the crudeness of the drawing and the emphasis that the Obama cartoon places on the features of Obama himself.
In my opinion, things can be categorized into three categories: the good, the bad and the ugly. These three categories are the only categories that would work. This also applies to facebook status. For instance, a facebook status may only be good, bad or ugly. It can never be both good and bad; it can never be bad and ugly, etc. The importance of this distinction is so that people will be able to read the emotions behind these posts. Once we have distinguished and concluded that a post is bad, ugly or good, we will be able to accurately picture and evaluate the emotion and feelings behind the posts. After which, we will be able to appropriately comment on the posts. This is how to avoid being inappropriate in a social network website. This is also one way of making friends and not losing existing ones. In society, what really matters is how an individual relates to the rest of the society.
A bar is a place where individuals go to socialize and interact with friends. Individuals find the company of friends while having fun a great experience. The idea that friends could assemble in a bar and have a nice time is refreshing to say the least. Jokes have for along time been a universal preoccupation of humans. His wife thought it was so funny becasue we are always saying that he is my boyfriend because we are always together. The other day we found this web site and now everyone at the office is ordering these things. My boss has decided that he is going to get the one that says Married. He has been married for like seventeen years and we all love his wife, so as a joke I am going to get his wife the one that says Divorced. He is going to get so mad but he will think it is funny after the fact. These are actually professional grade name tags that they are selling too.
I always wonder if there is a danger in kids playing soldier games. There are of course two sides to this issue. On the one side there is the belief that these games desensitize kids to violence and death and war. Pretty soon they begin to see these things as trifles, life loses its value, and they become more supportive of war to solve the worlds problems, or they become more violent themselves. The other side says that this argument is bollocks. Kids are more than capable of distinguishing reality from fantasy, and in fact games can teach them that. Additionally, children see these games like they do games like tag, instead of as representations of death. Furthermore, games can be cathartic or help kids deal with feelings and themes that would be antisocial in the world. Suppressing these emotions will only cause them to manifest in much worse ways in the future.
